What is Powerball? A great forearm strengthening device in a nutshell: it is perfect for strengthening the fingers, wrists and forearm muscles and last but not least the grip. How does it work? A very clever little structure gives the soul to the whole thing: it’s actually an internal rotor that moves your fingers and wrists without overloading them. Thus, not only can the mobility and flexibility of the wrist be trained with it, but we can also benefit a lot from its use for rehabilitation purposes (after injuries). Due to the resistance generated during the rotation of the rotor, the faster we spin the ball, the more resistance it will provide, thus increasing muscle work! This allows for special strengthening of the forearm muscles that exactly matches our current strength.
